• 🇬🇧 UK: 1st Class (1–3 days) or Tracked 48 for larger items.
• 🌍 International: 7–14 working days, customs charges may apply.

Shipping Policy
We pack and post your orders with care so they arrive safely and looking just as good as they did when they left the studio.
Processing Time
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• For custom commissions, we’ll confirm your delivery timeframe when you place your order.
UK Shipping
• Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch).
• Larger or higher-value items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which includes tracking, delivery updates, and compensation cover. Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping
• Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked (depending on size/value).
• Delivery usually takes 7–14 working days, depending on your country and local postal service.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Packaging
• Prints are shipped flat in sturdy protective packaging or rolled in tubes for larger sizes.
• Cards are sent in protective packaging.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
• If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• For non-damaged returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 28 days of receipt.
• Custom orders and commissions cannot be returned unless damaged or misprinted.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
• If you’d like to swap your item for something else, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
How to Return
Email hello@brainfondle.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or misprinted.
